Lately, sellers have been asking more and more, “How should I handle a showing? Should I stay, or should I leave?” My response is, if you are physically able to leave the home, please do so. Leave the showing to the agent!
Agents are trained to show properties and provide the best possible experience for the buyer. Not only do we show your home, we show it off. At the time of the listing, we spend a great deal of time discussing all of the features and benefits of your home. What are the selling features? What do you like about the property? What would cause a buyer to choose your home over the next property?

When a buyer arrives at your property, the agent has already created a bond. We want them to feel comfortable and confident in the home. That way, they can speak freely and ask any questions they have as they arise without worrying about offending the homeowner. We will answer these questions and move on so we are one step closer to an offer on your property.
