How do you sell your home for top dollar in the shortest amount of time possible? Here are the four key things you need to remember: 1. Timing. Get it on the market as soon as possible and at the best possible time. Here in Southwest Florida, we sell properties 12 months out of the year, but there are more buyers on the market from January through April. If you miss this selling season, you risk spending another year’s worth of carrying costs. 2. Exposure. In our market, we have buyers coming from Canada, Europe, and all over the U.S., so you need to work with a company such as ours who will market your property to as many buyers as possible on a local, countrywide, and international scale.
