Before we get to real estate, I want to take a moment to wish you, your family, and your friends a happy, healthy, and safe Fourth of July holiday.
As for what’s happening in the real estate market right now, we’re still very active after a busy May and June. The season was put on hold due to the pandemic, causing pent-up demand. This demand has been released in the last month and more and more homebuyers are excited about moving to Florida.
This summer is on fire and we’re off to a very strong start. Buyers with vacation plans are coming down here specifically to buy a home during July and August. They want to make sure they have a place to return to in the fall.
